Change Project Consulting Limited was formed in 2014, by Chris Mills, Anouschka Fyans and Genevieve Hughes. We are a small multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Project and Cost Management. We pride ourselves in our ability to tailor our process and offer to our clients needs.
Anouschka is a project manager with over 20 years of experience working with both commercial and private clients. She has a good foundation in all areas of the project lifecycle, from early feasibility, due diligence, briefing and planning stages through to completion.
Anouschka has previously managed a range of projects from major shopping centre developments’ retail delivery and programmes, to highly detailed and luxury bespoke refurbishments and is a well-liked and respected team player.
Genevieve is a results driven, methodical and well organized construction and project manager with 20 years of experience across the fit-out and construction industry.

Genevieve started her career in retail fit-out progressing on to leisure fit-out and has spent many years on several high end residential projects for high net worth private clients as well as working on speculative developments.
Chris Mills FRICS
Chris is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, and has operated at a senior level within the industry for most of the last 40 years.
His experience ranges from refurbishment and construction most types of buildings as well as work in the commercial and retail sectors. He is familiar with the techniques of risk management and value engineering, and with modern procurement issues.
Chris has a particular interest in working on historic buildings, and has been involved in a number of projects to prestigious Grades I, II* and II listed buildings and landscapes.
I have a passion for construction, thriving on pressure in a way that ensures the job gets done whatever it takes. Working as part of the design team to achieve consensus is important to me, as I believe it is the best way to deal to deliver quality while optimising cost and programme.
